Standard 1 year warranty

We use a standard 1-year warranty on our products, unless otherwise indicated. By means of the extra options at the bottom of the product pages, the warranty period can be extended to a maximum of 2 years for an amount of €39.99

The warranty on our refurbished laptops is at least 1 year, except for the battery of a laptop. Unless otherwise indicated, there may also be a manufacturer’s warranty on the product.

Laptop batteries always come with at least a working battery that has a 14-day warranty and that is charged so that it can be left on for at least 30 minutes after booting.

In the unlikely event that something is wrong with your product, you can report it to us.

In some cases, we can solve your problem over the phone. If that doesn’t work, you can return the product to us.
